Win11/Win10 招行专业版出现乱码的完美解决方案 - CMB Professional Edition appeared messy code solution

中國招商銀行（CMB）是一家總部在中國廣東省深圳市的銀行。1987年4月8日成立，是中國第一家股份制銀行。由在香港的中國國營企業招商局集團創辦。 CMB於2002年在上海證券交易所和2006年的香港證券交易所上市。CMB於1995年7月推出了銀行卡「一卡通」，並在1999年9月啟動中國首家網上銀行「一網通」。CMB的網上銀行專業版的亂碼問題，最早見於2010年左右的網路消息。雖然該問題一直被用戶詬病，不知何故一直沒有解決。至今仍然存在。据中國官媒報道，近幾年CMB主要高管先後鋃鐺入獄。目前解決CMB的網上銀行專業版的亂碼問題，網路上有多種方法，但實際有效的不多。現就Win11/win10上的亂碼問題，提供一個有效的設置方法，供參考。

只要不是中國大陸的簡體windows系統，如英文/繁體字系統，安裝CMB專業版軟件后，就一定會出現亂碼問題。有兩個方案：

方案一，只需要改動一個地方。
進入電腦的設置，进入语言和区域-相关设置-管理语言设置-管理-非Unicode程序的语言-更改系统区域设置，選擇為为简体（中国大陆）。亂碼問題即可解決。在使用完CMB網上銀行專業版以後，再按照上述步驟進入，修改為原來的設置即可。這樣就不會影響你日常的使用。

説明：如果上述方案一能夠解決亂碼問題，就不需要進行下面的方案二。

方案二，需要改動兩個地方。
第一個地方，进入设置-语言和区域-语言-Windows显示语言，選擇为：中文（中华人民共和国）
第二個地方，往下，进入语言和区域-相关设置-管理语言设置-管理-非Unicode程序的语言-更改系统区域设置，選擇為为简体（中国大陆）。亂碼問題即可解決。在使用完CMB網上銀行專業版以後，再按照上述步驟進入，修改為原來的設置即可。
