方法一：
在“消息”或者“最近通話”欄目下，有“來電”或者“消息”的列表。在每條“通話”或者“消息”的後面，都有一個紅色的感嘆號，點擊這個感嘆號進入。進入後，點擊最下方的“標記“，選擇一個標記類型。凡是做過標記的號碼，基本上都會被系統攔截，再也打不進來。
方法二：
在微信上搜索公衆號“12321受理中心，按照説明投訴即可。
