最直接的辦法，是使用一個已經開通國際漫游的手機，但國内與海外有時差，你是夜裏對方是白天。但是，國際漫游必須隨時開著機，不然就可能漏接銀行來電。加上還有各種各樣的推銷和咋騙電話，半夜被吵醒不是可能，而是一定會的。況且，中國大陸手機的國際漫游的費用昂貴，所有的中國大陸銀行都喜歡發短信營銷，收短信是免費的，也有一些銀行喜歡打電話營銷，你提出不要再打來也沒有用的，因爲打電話的人管不了這事。這些來電都會產生高昂的費用。最後，你長期開著國際漫游，國内也對你的每天去哪裏等許多隱私瞭如指掌，可以知道你的很多信息。
 
最佳的辦法，是使用中國移動的號碼，開通國際漫游，用一個每月8元人民幣的保號套餐。在蘋果應用商店下一個“無憂行”，這是一個原來香港中國移動搞得應用，後來被轉移給了囯内的中國移動。“無憂行”在各國的蘋果商店都能找到，直接用漢字搜索就可以。注冊“無憂行”必須在中國大陸之外，短信驗證。注冊好以後，“無憂行”就能實時接收這個中國移動號碼的短信和來電，相當於這個中國移動的號碼被轉移到這個“無憂行”。接收短信和接聽來電是免費的，在國外跟在中國大陸一樣。不能發短信，但是可以打電話，不是免費的，要另外繳費。
 
“無憂行”本身是在互聯網上運行的，用Wi-FI或者手機流量都可以。只能在中國大陸境外使用，回到中國大陸就會自動斷開。“無憂行”可以設置允許來電的時間段。關機後，開手機就能看到短信和未接來電。第一次注冊以後，就可以把中國移動的SIM卡從手機裏拔出來，以後都不用插SIM卡了。

Receiving SMS and incoming calls is free, just like in mainland China. You can't send SMS, but you can make calls, which are not free and have to be paid for separately.
 
"Worry-Free itself runs on the internet and can be used with Wi-Fi or mobile phone traffic. It can only be used outside mainland China and will automatically disconnect when you return to mainland China. "Worry-Free" can be set to allow the time period for incoming calls. After turning off your phone, you can view the SMS and missed calls when you turn on your phone. After the initial registration, you can remove the China Mobile SIM card from the phone and you don't need to insert the SIM card in the future.
 
"Worry-free line" will also leak some of the phone's information, but Apple's IOS system to protect privacy to do a better job, "Worry-free line" of many permissions can be restricted, such as location and so on. It's much better than international roaming directly from your phone.
